Thank you for shopping with Tenovu Supply. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all included accessories
  • Purchased directly from our website

To request a return, please email us at support@tenovusupply.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Any relevant photos (optional)

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at support@tenovusupply.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging damage

All claims will be carefully reviewed. If eligible, we'll issue a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may require the item to be returned before processing your request.

Note: We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or insufficient documentation.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used items not in original condition
  • Returns requested after 30 days of delivery

🛍️ Amazon, TikTok Shop & eBay Orders

If you purchased your Tenovu Supply product through a third-party marketplace, please initiate your return through the platform where your order was placed:

  • Amazon orders — log in to your Amazon account and go to Your Orders
  • TikTok Shop orders — open the TikTok app, go to Profile → Orders, and select Return/Refund
  • eBay orders — log in to eBay, go to My eBay → Purchase History, and select Return This Item

We cannot process returns or refunds for marketplace orders through our website.
